Warren Damiano was the realtor who I retained to sell my
house in Little Falls, NJ. Since I had lived in the house for 58
years, the experience was daunting for me. Warren treated me as if

As first-time
homeowners, we weren’t sure where to begin when looking for a home. We
had been out with other realtors and found them too aggressive or
inconsiderate of our time, and had heard horror stories of all the
things that could go wrong in purchasing a new home. Then, at an open
house in Cambridge Heights, we met Lucia and Jennifer. They were
so helpful and informative without being pushy, which we found very
refreshing. We had begun looking for a home well before we anticipated
actually moving, and Lucia and Jennifer stuck with us through the entire
search. They vowed that no matter how many places we saw, they were

that promise! They were consistently pleasant to work with, always
greeted us with a smile, and always kept our best interests in mind. We
